Return Policy


All sales are final. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, simply send us a message thru the contact page and/or email with your order number and name so we can best resolve your situation. We do reserve the right to withhold any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent by our payment system. Note: There is a seven day grace period upon receipt of item to contact us about defects or wrong items.


Please allow 3 to 5 days for your order to process, unless a specific item states "made to order". Please refer to the listings for the exact processing time. You will get a shipping confirmation via email once your order is ready to be shipped.


International shipping prices vary by country and the weight of your order. For international orders that have been in-transit for over 20 days, please reach out to your local customs office to see if the package is available for pickup or has otherwise been held up due to customs fees.


We are not responsible for any customs fees that may incur with international orders. The customer is entirely responsible for any and all fees set by the customs office of their country. Should an international order be sent back to us due to lack of claim we will contact you to arrange a reship or credit to the website. As mentioned in our return policy, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.


Please allow tracking information 48 hours to update once notified.

Once your order has left our facility we no longer have any control. If you have any issues with your shipment, please look up the tracking number that was emailed before contacting us; as we would use the same method. We are not able to contact USPS for international orders, as their mailing systems do not track orders after leaving the US. If your package was marked as delivered and you have not received it please contact your local postal office.
